Crafty Fox Market is super fun handmade pop up Market, probably the best in London! ;) I'm sure you all have heard of it but just in case ;))
It usually pops up in Spring and Autumn, then towards Christmas. This year CraftyFoxMarket was officially part of London Design Festival at Kachette! As usually the selection of sellers was exceptional, fantastic variety, diversity and something for all tastes!
The super special thing about this market is that wonderful paper artist Victoria created a one off paper installation for the space (go check out her website for more work & photos from the event).
Fabulous iamAcrylic hosted workshops where people could hand cut their own acrylic jewellery (by the way their jewellery is all individually hand cut too!).
And I drew 5 minute LIVE portraits. It's the first ever time I've tried anything like that and wasn't sure which way it will go! :) Thank you Sinead from CraftyFoxMarket for letting me do that! :)
It was SUCH FUN! The least thing I expected is people queueing to get their portraits done but they did (THANK YOU). And I enjoyed drawing all the beautiful faces! ;) Here are some snapshots from social media ;) Thank you for sharing all the photos, it was great to see people share their portraits on social media, as they were done so fast I rarely got to talk to people! :) And I love getting to know people I draw! :)
Can't wait to do the same this weekend at Peckham! I hope there are still people who would like their portraits done and I'm looking forward to draw your fabulous face if you fancy! ;)
